We are looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to our fast paced, growing team.
Essential Objectives
- Design, create, and distribute valuable and engaging content across all of The Ginther Group and Ginther Group Network’s current and expanding platforms.
- Utilize design software and applications to create materials to help Real Estate Agents achieve their marketing goals
- Work collaboratively with the Leadership Team to develop new marketing materials for Hub and Expanding Partners
- Analyze results of marketing initiatives and create tracking systems to assess ROI Job Requirements
- Content Creation for all available platforms.
- Performance Analysis
- Lead Generation
- Connect with Expansion Partners bi-weekly/monthly
- Create all materials (postcards, letters, giveaways, targeted Facebook ads etc.)
- Create Branded or curated items for giveaways; Bags, koozies, tri-fold brochures,business cards, wine openers, swag, etc.
- Client & Community Events
- Website maintenance and content creation
- Team and Agent Support; onboarding, business cards, social media templates,mailers etc
- Monthly newsletter
- Order signage
- Education and Community Outreach
Required Qualifications
- Must have prior design/marketing experience
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Some experience in administration
- Tech savvy
- Growth minded, adaptable and self led
Job Specifics
- Office Location: 1100 S Stratford Rd, Winston-Salem
- Hours: 8-4 or 9-5
- Pay: 45-55K (pay dependant on experience)
- Benefits after Probation: sick leave, PTO, additional investment opportunities, 401K, paid holidays, profit share.
